3月5日，赤子城科技（09911）发布公告，预计截至2024年12月31日止年度的总收入将达到50亿元至52亿元，较2023年同期增长约51.1%至57.2%。这一增长主要归因于公司借助AI技术推动多样化社交产品的快速增长，以及蓝城兄弟控股有限公司和Land of Glory Ltd.的财务报表于2023年第三季度并入公司的综合财务报表。
同时，公告提到，预计净利润约为7.7亿元至8.1亿元，较2023年同期增长约1.2%至6.4%。然而，公司的拥有者应占利润预计将下降约10.3%至2.5%，主要是由于在2023年第三季度对Chizicheng Strategy Investment Limited完成收购时贡献的一次性投资收益影响。若剔除该影响，净利润预计将增长约27.9%至34.6%。经调整EBITDA预计为9.5亿元至9.9亿元，增长约40.7%至46.7%。
