美国零售药店巨头沃尔格林-联合博姿(WBA.US)涨超6.5%，报10.93美元。消息面上，知情人士透露，私募股权公司Sycamore Partners即将收购沃尔格林-联合博姿，双方正在为交易做最后的准备，交易可能最早于本周宣布。此前报道称Sycamore将以每股11.3至11.4美元的现金收购沃尔格林，交易总规模约为100亿美元。(格隆汇)
