青岛市住房和城乡建设局3月4日发布消息，拟于2025年3月下旬，启动李沧区京口路和市北区开封路2个配售型保障性住房项目的选房活动。首批选房名单以2025年3月10日前进行项目预登记、申请资料齐全并进入资格审核程序的申请人为准。正式选房时间、选房地点、选房流程等事宜均以届时发布的选房公告为准。3月10日之后项目预登记的申请人，纳入第二批次选房名单。
