格隆汇3月2日｜美东时间3月1日，微软365服务的官方账号Microsoft 365 Status表示：“我们发现用户无法进入Outlook功能和服务……能在行政中心MO1020913发现更多细节。”据DownDetector，美东时间大约15:30(北京时间2日04:30)之后，Microsoft Outlook、Microsoft Exchange、Microsoft Teams、Microsoft 365、以及Microsoft Azure的宕机问题通报率出现巅峰，大约150名用户自称Teams账号出现故障。服务中断事故主要集中在美国纽约、芝加哥、洛杉矶。
