【中指研究院：百城二手房价格连续7个月环比跌幅收窄】据中指研究院微信公众号1日消息，根据中国房地产指数系统百城价格指数对全国100个城市新建、二手住宅销售市场及50个城市租赁市场的调查数据：2月，百城二手住宅平均价格为14071元/平方米，环比下跌0.42%，跌幅较上月收窄0.09个百分点，已连续7个月收窄，同比下跌7.26%；2月房价环比上涨的城市数量有3个，分别为成都、德州及嘉兴。（中新经纬APP）
