俄罗斯紧急情况部当地时间2月28日报告称，数百名冰钓爱好者当天被困在俄罗斯远东地区萨哈林岛沿岸鄂霍次克海的浮冰上，与陆地相隔约700米。最终，374人全部获救，无人伤亡。
据了解，当地经常有渔民被困在破碎的浮冰上，两周前的类似事件中就有139人获救。（央视新闻）
