2月26日据财新网，北京文化（《流浪地球》《战狼2》等出品方）财务造假案当事人获刑。2024年11月22日，北京市第三中级人民法院判决，北京文化原法人、董事长、总裁宋歌因违规披露重要信息罪，被判处有期徒刑2年3个月，并处罚金20万元。
