格隆汇2月27日｜澳大利亚国库部长吉姆.查默斯当地时间2月26日宣布，批准卡塔尔航空从贝恩资本手中收购维珍澳大利亚航空25%股权，称此次收购将增加后者在主要国际航线上的运力。并为该航司自主运营长途航班提供长期途径。查默斯表示，交易方须遵守有法律约束力的条件，确保澳大利亚人在维珍澳大利亚航空董事会中的代表权并保护客户数据。
