香港特区财政司司长陈茂波今日（26日）在香港特区立法会综合大楼会议厅发表2025至2026财政年度政府财政预算案。陈茂波表示，去年港股气氛及交投好转，今年以来，交投更为活跃，近日日均成交额超过二千亿港元，较去年全年上升超过百分之五十。整体市值达四十万亿港元。去年香港新股总集资额达880亿港元，按年上升接近九成，全球排第四位。港交所正处理超过一百宗的上市申请。
