2月25日消息，据吉林金融监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国银行长春开发区支行因未严格审核项目资本金、贴现资金回流出票人被罚款60万元。同时，闫冬（时任中国银行长春东盛支行副行长）因未严格审核项目资本金，被警告；许菲（时任中国银行长春开发区支行副行长）因贴现资金回流出票人，被警告。
