2月25日，达威股份（300535）发布公告，2025年2月25日召开第六届董事会第十六次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司证券事务代表的议案》。公司决定聘任林思宇为新的证券事务代表，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满。原证券事务代表王丽辞去该职务，但仍在公司其他岗位任职。
林思宇于2024年9月取得《董事会秘书资格证书》，其任职资格符合相关规定。公告中提到，林思宇与公司及其控股股东、实际控制人等不存在关联关系，且符合有关法律法规的任职资格要求。
2024年前三季度，达威股份实现收入5.40亿元，归母净利润3018万元。
