伊拉克石油部副部长Basim Mohammed Khudair当地时间2月23日表示，对土耳其恢复输油管道出口后，伊拉克将从半自治区库尔德斯坦每天接收约185,000桶原油，但没有提供时间表。他说，从库尔德斯坦的出口已中断近两年，该地区的油田需要修复才能恢复每天40万桶的出口，达到伊拉克预算法规定的最低水平。
