21号经过营山县翠屏西路海大鱼饲料店铺门外，看到有沙子，砖头等建材堆放在人行道上，盲道上，既有碍市容面貌，又影响行人过路。城市人行道附近开展此类作业时，难道不知道搭设安全围挡，并留下足够行人过路的空间吗？建议城市管理部门还是该对此类不文明现象多加管理。
