2月20日，辽宁大连网民反映，一国企要求不献血员工交100元献血互助金，工会会将该款项补助给献血者。
21日，该企业工会工作人员告诉新京报记者，该消息系表述有误致员工误解，互助金非强制性缴纳，也鼓励大家去献血，献血名额没有限制。
