2月21日，杭州高新（300478）发布公告，近日公司董事陆震威及副总经理倪云康辞职。
陆震威因个人原因辞去董事职务，辞职后不再担任其他职务；倪云康同样因个人原因辞去副总经理职务，但仍在公司担任董事。
两位辞职的高管原定任期均为2024年2月19日至2027年2月18日。截至公告披露日，陆震威和倪云康均不持有公司股份。
2024年前三季度，杭州高新实现收入2.47亿元，归母净利润-1613万元。
