格隆汇2月20日｜美国证券交易委员会(SEC)成立了一个专注于打击欺诈和保护散户投资者的新部门，取代了之前专门负责加密货币监管的部门。该委员会周四表示，已成立网络与新兴技术部门(CETU)，以发现和打击利用社交媒体、人工智能、黑客攻击或加密货币进行的欺诈行为。
