根据教育部、省教育厅有关普通高中招生管理工作要求和有关会议精神，经研究，决定自2025年起，市属公办普通高中学校（潮州市金山中学、潮州市高级中学和潮州市绵德中学）实行属地招生，只招收在潮安区、湘桥区参加中考的初中毕业生，不再招收在饶平县参加中考的初中毕业生。
