20日，马库斯和好友士杰、钟灏松一起向上海淞沪抗日纪念馆移交所带的照片。马库斯说，经初步确认照片数量为618张，有待进行技术鉴定。在接受大象新闻记者采访时，马库斯说，日军侵华期间，他的舅舅马克曾被强制要求学习日语，他的外祖父劳伦斯非常气愤。
