格隆汇2月20日丨金涌投资(01328.HK)发布公告，2025年2月19日，公司全资附属公司Redwood通过于联交所进行市场上交易以代价总额约1586万港元(不包括交易成本)收购合共26.44万股迈富时股份，即约每股迈富时股份59.99港元。收购事项后，集团持有合共26.44万股迈富时股份，占于本公告日期迈富时已发行股份总数约0.11%。
