北京商报讯（记者 蔺雨葳）2月19日晚，蔻驰母公司Tapestry宣布将以1.05亿美元的价格向Caleres出售旗下鞋类品牌Stuart Weitzman，交易预计将于2025年夏季完成。此次出售是Tapestry优化业务组合的一部分，旨在聚焦核心品牌如Coach和Kate Spade的发展。收购方Caleres表示，未来将进一步扩展Stuart Weitzman在鞋履市场的业务，并为品牌注入新的发展动力。
