据应急管理部消息，2月16日，云南大理州大理市发生一起在建工程坍塌事故，造成3人死亡。近日，云南省安全生产委员会对该起事故查处进行挂牌督办。大理州人民政府应依照《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》等有关法律法规及规章规定，组成事故调查组，抓紧组织开展事故调查，迅速查明事故原因，严格按事故调查规定要求研究提出处理意见。
