当地时间2月19日，美国新能源卡车制造商Nikola在特拉华州申请破产保护，称将探索出售资产。
法庭文件显示，该公司列出的资产在5亿至10亿美元之间，估计负债在10亿至100亿美元之间。
Nikola于2020年上市，市值曾一度超越福特汽车。在这之后，该公司遭遇销售疲软、欺诈丑闻后高管连续换人、现金减少和股价暴跌等困境。
