据瑞士知名奢侈品集团历峰集团的消息，已成功收购意大利高端针织制造商Miles的85%股权。
据悉，Miles 公司成立于1962年，由Silvia Stein Bocchese与丈夫Giuseppe Bocchese共同创立，总部设于意大利维琴察，长期以来一直由Bocchese家族负责运营。
