2025 年 1 月 24 日，国家开发银行发布《2024 年度 GoldenDB 授权及服务采购项目》竞争性谈判公告，预算 3358 万元。
项目概述：根据信创改造计划，2024 年至 2026 年共 77 套系统拟采用 GoldenDB 数据库，需要继续采购采购三年 GoldenDB 数据库 ULA（不限量部署协议）软件授权许可。同时为保障已使用的 GoldenDB 数据库正常运行，需要采购三年标准维保服务、600 人天原厂高级工程师和 60 人天原厂专家服务。项目服务期三年。
中标结果
2025 年 2 月 19 日发布中标结果，北明软件有限公司 33,476,000.00 元（中）。
