2025年2月19日，金诚信(603979.SH)公告称，公司近日与海南矿业就其地采2025年的采矿生产工作签署了承包合同，合同预估总价款约1.29亿元，最终以实际验收完成工作量及结算款为准。该合同为综合单价合同，履行期限为2025年1月1日至12月31日。
