2月18日，最高检召开“在服务大局中贡献检察力量”新闻发布会。最高人民检察院党组成员、副检察长葛晓燕介绍，2024年，全国检察机关起诉扰乱市场秩序犯罪4万余人，同比上升21%；起诉国企职务犯罪3000余人；起诉利用职务便利实施的民营企业内部腐败犯罪1万余人，同比上升25%。
