北京商报讯（记者 冉黎黎）2月18日，蜀道装备（300540）高开6.31%，开于27.61元/股。
消息面上，2月17日晚间，蜀道装备披露公告称，公司正在筹划通过支付现金购买许红波、冉玉勤及河南科益气体股份有限公司（以下简称"科益气体"）其他股东合计持有的科益气体65.43%股权，取得科益气体的控股权。
