财联社2月16日电，美国中东问题特使威特科夫表示，他已经与以色列总理、卡塔尔首相以及埃及情报总局局长就加沙地带停火协议进行了单独交谈。威特科夫表示，在谈话中，他对加沙地带第二阶段停火谈判提出了富有成效和建设性的呼吁，下周各方将继续讨论如何达成第二阶段停火，讨论地点仍待确定。
