为配合香港中医医院筹备运作，香港特区政府今日（2月14日）在宪报刊登《香港中医医院条例草案》（《条例草案》），对多项现有法例条文作出技术修订，使适用于公营医院或私营医疗机构的相关条文，在相同情况下同样适用于香港中医医院，以确保该院能顺利开展服务。《条例草案》将于2月19日提交立法会进行首读。
