2月12日，郑州银行发布公告称，2025年2月12日，该行第八届董事会2025年第二次临时会议审议通过了《关于聘任郑州银行股份有限公司首席风险官的议案》，同意聘任潘峰为本行首席风险官，待其任职资格经国家金融监督管理总局河南监管局核准后正式履职。
