不过当地时间2月11日他在白宫会见到访的约旦国王阿卜杜拉二世时，又改口称“美国不会花钱购买加沙，但依然将拥有加沙”。
在被记者追问“美国凭什么占据一片主权领土”时，特朗普称，“基于美国的授权”。
