一、台州 · 山与秋

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

作为首个获得“中国宜居城市”称号的县级市，临海有着悠闲自得的慢生活，就像是此时舒缓的春风，拂去了世俗尘嚣的万千烦扰，山与秋就坐落于此——临海岭根村，群山环抱、竹林掩映，梯田层叠，原始生态。在蜿蜒的山野小径中穿行，便能看到临海山与秋民宿隐匿于这片苍翠的竹海和古朴的村落之间。这里距离台州府城仅有20分钟的车程，却宛如与世隔绝一般，独自享有江南烟雨的静谧氛围。春日里樱花纷纷飘落，秋日时梯田呈现出金黄的色彩，四季的流转仿佛一首优美的诗篇，是都市人逃离喧嚣的理想之地，宛如“乌托邦”。

As the first county-level city to win the title of "China's Livable City", Linhai has a leisurely and slow life, just like the soothing spring breeze at this time, blowing away the myriad problems of the secular world. Mountains and autumn are located here - Linhai Linggen Village, surrounded by mountains, bamboo forests, terraces and primitive ecology. Walking through the winding mountain path, you can see that Linhai Mountain and Qiu Guesthouse are hidden between the verdant bamboo sea and the quaint village. It is only 20 minutes' drive from Taizhou City, but it is like isolation, enjoying the quiet atmosphere of Jiangnan rain alone. Cherry blossoms fall in spring, the terraces show golden colors in autumn, and the circulation of the four seasons is like a beautiful poem. It is an ideal place for urbanites to escape from the hustle and bustle, like a "utopia".

历经3年的精心打磨，占地16亩的山与秋民宿，将浙南村落的婉约气质与山野的旷远意境完美地融合在了一起。8栋建筑顺着山势而建，以毛石、原木以及瓦片作为建筑材料，运用质朴的设计语言，勾勒出一幅“空山新雨后”的东方意境画卷。公区通过阶梯与廊道相互连接，其中涵盖了田园食坊、咖啡书吧、茶空间以及影音室等，每一处转角都悄然隐藏着诗意。

After 3 years of careful polishing, covering an area of 16 acres of mountain and autumn homesay, the graceful temperament of southern Zhejiang village and the vast artistic conception of the mountains perfectly integrated together. Eight buildings are built along the mountain, using rubble, logs and tiles as building materials, using a simple design language to outline a picture of the Eastern artistic conception of "empty mountains after the new rain". The public area is connected by stairways and corridors, which cover the pastoral food shop, coffee and book bar, tea space and video room, etc., every corner quietly hides poetry.

二、室内美学

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

“山与秋”这一名字取自王维的《山居秋暝》，描绘了雨后秋山的宁静之美。这家民宿是由村落中的老屋改造而成，顺应山势而建，错落有致，仿佛与大自然融为一体。通过巧妙地运用石阶长廊和青石板路，将8栋建筑连接起来，形成了一个包含公共客厅、餐厅、咖啡书吧、茶室、泳池、草坪和客房的综合性空间。以极简主义风格为基调，同时收集当地的毛石、木材、瓦片、苔藓和陶罐等材料，让它们以全新的面貌点缀于各个角落。整体设计简约自然，呈现出侘寂风的特点，灰暗色调为主，建筑展现出各种几何美感，低调而牢固的感觉。

The name "Mountain and autumn" comes from Wang Wei's "Autumn Gloom in the Mountains", which depicts the quiet beauty of the autumn mountains after the rain. This homestay is transformed from the old house in the village, built in accordance with the mountain, as if integrated with nature. Through the clever use of stone steps and SLATE paths, eight buildings are connected to form a comprehensive space containing communal living room, dining room, coffee and book bar, tea room, swimming pool, lawn and guest rooms. With a minimalist style as the keynote, local materials such as rubble, wood, tiles, moss and clay POTS are collected and decorated with a new look. The overall design is simple and natural, showing the characteristics of wabi-Sabi, dominated by grey tones, the building shows a variety of geometric aesthetics, understated and solid feeling.
