智通财经APP获悉，周二，Phillips 66(PSX.US)逆势涨近4%，报128.32美元。消息面上，据路透，知情人士称激进投资者Elliott持有美国炼油商Phillips 66超过25亿美元的股份，并计划推动运营变革以提高其股价。Elliott计划推动Phillips 66出售或分拆其中游业务。去年3月，在Elliott披露持有Phillips 66价值10亿美元的股份后，接受了后者为提高股东回报和股价而制定的绩效改进计划。
