多伦多道明银行2月10日发布声明称，计划通过二级股票发售退出对嘉信理财的股权投资。
道明银行将出售1.847亿股嘉信理财普通股，代表10.1%的经济所有权。嘉信理财已同意从道明银行回购15亿美元股票。
道明银行表示，计划将所得款项中的80亿加元用于回购股票，剩余资金将投资于公司业务。
