中国连锁经营协会1月份对全国排名前100的购物中心企业、综合零售商等进行了调研。数据显示，2024年我国购物中心（含奥莱）企业展现出明显的发展活力，超过半数的购物中心全年销售、客流、租金收入等实现同比增长。
调查显示，73%的购物中心去年全年销售总额同比实现增长。其中23个购物中心同比增长超过10%，占比20%；32个购物中心同比增长大于5%小于等于10%，占比28%；27个购物中心同比增长在5%以内（包含），占比24%。（央视新闻）
