进入教师队伍已经五年了。别人都讲工作的时间越长工资就越高，可我呢，参加工作都五年了，打卡工资却越来越少。2021年打卡工资是3146元，2022年打卡工资依旧为3146元，2023年打卡工资3140元，2024年打卡工资2955元，到了2025年打卡工资就只有2553元了，真可谓是“猛将”啊！
实在是没想到，工作五年竟然开局就是巅峰。我所在的是湖北地区的小县城，其他地区的教师工资也会如此吗？
