2025年2月6日，*ST摩登(002656.SZ)公告称，公司实际控制人将由林永飞变更为普慧源实际控制人王立平，公司控股股东将变更为普慧源。普慧源、嘉远新能源与张润琪为一致行动关系，共持有上市公司9735.19万股股份（含表决权），占上市公司总股本的13.66%。
