北京商报讯（记者 刘晓梦）2月4日，Stellantis集团宣布，根据去年12月公布的管理层调整方案，集团现采取一系列措施以精简组织架构。其中，软件业务已整合至产品开发和技术部、事务部与企业传播部合并以及成立新的集团性市场营销部等。
同时，Stellantis集团官宣多项管理层变动，其中Bob Broderdorf被任命为Jeep品牌负责人、Alain Favey加入Stellantis集团并被任命为标致品牌负责人、Xavier Peugeot被任命为DS品牌负责人、Anne Abboud被任命为Pro One商用车业务负责人。
Stellantis集团董事长约翰·艾尔坎表示，基于去年12月Stellantis集团作出针对集团管理层的调整，本次有关变动将进一步精简组织架构并提升Stellantis集团在各区域性市场的灵活性和执行力。
