首先法人要在电子税务局上实名认证。
1、法人手机上登录个税APP，点击下方的【我的】；
2、点击【企业办税权限】；
3、选择需要设置密码的企业；
4、点击【重置申报密码】；
5、输入新的密码、手机验证码保存。
6、新密码就是自然人电子税务局（扣缴端）的登录密码；
