【南昌：延长房地产市场“以旧换新”支持政策至3月31日】南昌市住房和城乡建设局网站日前发布通知，将2024年7月15日印发的《关于促进我市房地产市场“以旧换新”工作的通知》文件执行期限延长至2025年3月31日，原由受益财政按购房合同金额的2%给予补贴的标准调整为1%，文件其他条款不变。（中新经纬APP）
