智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，1月21日，董事会主席兼执行董事许勇增持YUSEI(00096)1200万股，每股作价0.51港元，总金额为612万港元。增持后最新持股数目约为1.02亿股，最新持股比例为16.04%。
补充资料：Bonus Shares were issued and credited as fully paid in July 2019 on the basis of one Bonus Share for every five existing Shares then held by the shareholders of Yusei Holdings Limited. As such, the number of shares held by Mr. Xu was increased from 75,072,000 shares to 90,086,400 shares (as shown in Box 25 above) due to such issue of Bonus Shares. However, the percentage of shareholding held by Mr. Xu remain unchanged as 14.15% immediately before and after issue of Bonus Shares.
