财中社1月27日电 莫高股份（600543）发布公告，公司董事会近日完成换届选举，董事长杜广真不再担任公司董事长、董事及相关职务。2025年1月27日，公司召开第十一届董事会第一次会议，选举牛济军为公司第十一届董事会董事长，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第十一届董事会届满。
根据《公司章程》的有关规定，公司的法定代表人也变更为牛济军。公司将尽快完成相应的企业登记信息变更手续。
2024年前三季度，莫高股份实现收入2.25亿元，归母净利润-2724万元。
