格隆汇1月27日丨山东玻纤(605006.SH)公布，沂水热电承担着沂水县区域的供暖任务，根据沂水县政府要求，整合热力资源、优化民生供暖工程，拟将区域供热管网转让给华源热力。移交后，沂水热电由给居民、企业用户提供热源变为给华源热力提供热源。经协商确认，标的资产交易价格最终确定为人民币10,252.01万元（不含税）。
