1月26日晚，中国棋手柯洁在社媒开直播对LG杯比赛中的闹剧进行回应，直播过程中柯洁一度激动落泪。而人气棋手战鹰在自己直播过程中对柯洁的部分直播片段进行了模仿，随后疑似柯洁本人表示战鹰嘲讽自己。战鹰在今天清晨发长文进行道歉，表示没有任何的嘲讽或不尊重，对柯洁表示诚挚的道歉。随后柯洁在评论区回复称：“好，我接受...祝你新年快乐。”
