日前，汕头12345热线通报关于潮阳区交通运输局处理公交司机服务态度问题。
据了解，1月9日，潮阳区交通运输局根据群众向12345热线反映某公交车司机辱骂市民的问题，落实公交企业核查，对涉事司机进行通报批评，并责令其作出检讨。
