证券时报e公司讯，万通发展(600246)1月26日晚间公告终止重大资产重组事项。据此前公告，公司拟以现金方式购买Source Photonics Holdings(Cayman) Limited合计60.16%的股份。鉴于此次交易开展的客观环境较早前发生了一定变化，交易各方就某些商业条款未达成一致，公司和交易各方协商一致同意终止此次重大资产重组。
