鞭牛士 1月26日消息，天眼查App显示，安徽智界新能源汽车有限公司于1月23日成立，注册资本10亿人民币。该公司由奇瑞汽车股份有限公司全资控股，余久锋担任法人。去年底，奇瑞曾任命余久锋为智界品牌新任总经理。
