齐鲁网·闪电新闻1月24日讯1月23日，东营市商务局发布消息，根据《东营市商务局等5部门关于印发<东营市2025年手机、平板、智能手表（手环）购新补贴实施细则>的通知》（东商务字〔2025〕3号）《东营市商务局等4部门关于印发<东营市2025年家电以旧换新实施细则>的通知》（东商务字〔2025〕4号）文件规定，定于2025年1月24日上午9：00，通过“云闪付”APP投放1000万元补贴资格券，请广大消费者到参与活动的销售企业选购产品，立享补贴。
