1月23日午后，国泰航空表示，网上系统及机场自助登机设施已恢复正常。国泰航空此前确认，由于系统技术问题，网站及手机应用程式的部分服务，以及自助办理登机手续设施暂时无法使用。机场登机柜位服务则不受影响，所有国泰航班如常运作。（香港电台）
