根据《真人快打1》联合创作者兼游戏总监Ed Boon透露，《真人快打1》游戏销量现已超过500万份，该作最初于2023年9月推出，上一次更新销量信息是在2024年8月，当时的数据为400万份，也就是说不到半年的时间该作又售出了100万份。
《真人快打1》目前已登陆PS5、Xbox Series X|S、PC和Switch。
